Halley House School Nursery
The early years of a child's life are crucial to their development. This important time establishes the foundation for future physical and emotional health, equipping children with the resilience they need to handle life's adventures and challenges.
Our nursery offers a nurturing environment for 3-4 year olds; it is managed by Ms Ashley, who is our Early Years Foundation Lead and has a wealth of experience with young children, as well as older ones too.
At our nursery we provide an outstanding early years education that develops happy, confident children who will transition into primary school with ease.
We cater for working families who might need childcare support from 7.45am until 6.00pm, Monday-Friday (term time), and we allow children to join us any time during the academic year.
We offer funded hours with flexibility that works for families. Book a free Stay and Play session to come and visit us, or call us and ask to speak to Ms Ashley: 020 7504 0548.

Curriculum
The nursery class is fully part of our school and, as such, the nursery curriculum is designed to prepare the children to move onto Reception smoothly.
Just like the older children, our nursery pupils access a range of activities and trips off-site throughout the year. We offer a wide variety of activities for toddlers such as:
- Outdoor adventures
- Specialist Art classes
- Specialist Physical Education lessons
- Weekly music sessions.
Supporting local families as much as we can
In recent years, we have frozen our fees in an attempt to do everything we can to support local families.
All the above come with no extra cost. We offer a zero deposit rate, and only charge for extra activities or refreshments.
Facilities
Our nursery has a separate entrance to the school, and has direct access onto the secured roof terrace; it shares toilet facilities with the Reception class.
Additional security and access measures at both the main entrance to the building and the door off the stairwell are in place, such as video recording and a number of security-fobbed doors.
