Helen works in the cultural sector in a role that sees her travelling nationally supporting partners around the UK. She is a New Zealander with a global perspective shaped through experiences living and working in Japan and Australia as well as the UK. She has lived in London since 2006. Helen is passionate about supporting the development of a new and high quality school for the benefit of children, their parents and carers in Hackney.
Having been a local resident for the last 9 years she is keen to represent the best interests of the community as Halley House School develops. It is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the set-up of a new school and support its development with respect to its location. As the co-owner of a small business Helen also hopes to be able to share some of her experiences for the benefit of the team and prospective students.
